To assess, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment. I would locate and secure the needed parts for the repair or help to facilitate the information for a quote. I would contact and notify "Third Party" management companies to ensure proper billing and communication.

I traveled the state of Florida doing start-ups of new commercial Air Conditioning equipment in grocery stores and "strip centers". This included large (up to 50 tons) package units, Mini Split systems, roof top exhaust fans, air balancing, and fire/smoke testing. Also providing the first year of warranty service.

I would also take care of maintenance, and repairs of the builders offices and homes.

I traveled the U.S. doing factory start-ups for specialized 100% outside air equipment of both packaged and split systems. I would provide factory training to the contractors of the operation, programming, and operation of the equipment.

If defective parts were found during the start-up, I would replace the needed parts to complete the task.

I would convert existing equipment to outdoor air units by adding the controls, reheat coils, variable speed frequency drives, and the needed piping and wiring.

I would also assist / supervise in the factory to improve production and quality.
