With 1 year and a half that i spent working on Aol in the Retention department, I learned the psychology of how to get along with costumers, empathize with their issues or concerns they may have and most importantly how to troubleshoot their problems.
I definitely mastered the ability of persuading costumers in a way that they would rather keep the product instead of getting rid of it.

I'm a computer savvy person, i know how to manage myself on a pc. I have knowledge on how to use Word, Excell and PowerPoint.

I am a self motivated person whom is always willing to learn new things, improve my performance and make money. I am young, hungry and ready.
