Over the phone Interpreter/ Tech Support and Customer Service/chat and phone/ Ticket support Motivated Interpreter with 3+ years of experience Providing accurate interpretation of critical medical information in direct service to physicians and/or other health care providers who are seeing patients who cannot speak or understand English, when specifically required by the provider. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Precisely and accurately interprets critical medical advice and information given by the provider into equivalent terminology in the patient's native language. 2. Assists in translating medical text from English on behalf of internal and external customers; may translate patient education information as specifically requested. 3. Establishes and maintains quality service and positive interaction with all patients, customers, visitors, health care providers, and clinical employees. 4. Assists with patient follow-up as necessary, to include contacting patients with appointment reminders. 5. Maintains strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HSC policies and standards. 6. Participates, as a condition of assignment, in continuing annual medical interpreter/ translator training provided through UNM Hospital. 7. Provides occasional services outside of normal working hours on as as-needed basis. 8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
