Having joined Acquire BPO before the launch of our operations in the Dominican Republic, I've had the opportunity to be directly involved and partially responsible for the start of the company's offices supporting not only HR but also facilities and Finance up to the point when the company's continued growth allowed me focus on leading all labor relations related aspects of Human resources for the DR.

• Management of Human Resources of the City Center site of the company in the Dominican Republic providing guidance in all labor relations matters.

• Coordinate recruiting efforts for the three Santo Domingo sites and associated responsibilities.

• Employee relations and associated responsibilities.

• Recruiting and selection process for Technical and Executive vacancies, employee on-boarding and others associated duties.

• Recruiting and selection process for administrative vacancies in the company, following the established guidelines.

• Provide customer service over the phone to Sprint customers about their rebates.

• Assist Teachers in all school activities as required.
