• Comparison of part geometry between design releases (version-to-version).
• Location and definition of coordinate points for load application in simulation models.
• Review and validation of product data across engineering change versions.
• Extraction of surface/mid-surface geometry from CAD for mesh generation.
• Coordination with design engineers to resolve geometry discrepancies.

• Responsable of analysis and evaluation for all projects in the deparment; including PAB, KAB, SAB and CAB tests.

• Assigning and supervising team activities.
• Good team work, leadership and time management.

• Performance of static, duration and passive safety tests to interior components of the vehicle.
• Increase tests perfomance from 1 to 3 tests per week.
• Cooperation in VWW326, VW371 and AU426 projects, including components series release.

• Control of weight, stress and deformation of the engine hood and trunk lid components.
• Management of the design and testing topics.
• Basic training of CATIA V5.
