• SGT System (Work Management System) :

In this system, I manage, correct, change the status of, and parameterize all the National Electric System work planned for the year. These jobs include electrical network maintenance, network corrections, and new additions to the electrical system, monitoring their different statuses and ensuring continuity until completion.

• Ensure compliance with Data Entry area metrics; implement and enforce quality and productivity standards; and prepare general reports such as absence controls, quality and productivity reports, among other job-related reports.

• Responsible for overall warehouse supervision, control and verification of invoicing, preparation of productivity reports, implementation of strategies to reduce errors in the area, reengineering of fulfillment line logistics, and management of the system and Inventory.

• Preparation and coordination of preventive maintenance for industrial mills; monitoring overtime hours for technical staff and preparing reports on personnel management in the area; designing and implementing productivity calculations.
