Accomplishments

  • A 5-year IT strategic plan was developed, which projected very significant savings in the procurement process, financial and production processes. This resulted in the decision to implement SAP S4/HANA in the cloud in the first wave, covering the financial and logistics modules; in the second wave, covering the production and maintenance modules; and in the third wave, covering the human resources and payroll modules. It also included implementing an agricultural system for the sugar cane production and harvesting processes.
  • Project manager of SAP S4/HANA Rise Implementation: 2022-2023
  • Eight external consultants, project budget: around 3.1 million dollars, six modules (FI,CO,FM,SD,TM,MM), fifteen key users. Implementation in 3 financial companies, sixteen internal employees as project staff. The internal development team was trained in ABAP and SAP Basis programming, resulting in savings of approximately $150,000.
  • Project manager of BIOSALC SIAGRI Implementation (agricultural). 2022-2024
  • Five external consultants, project budget: around 0.3 million dollars, four modules , eight key users. Implementation in 2 financial companies, ten internal employees as project staff.
