This MVP system for medical prescription management revolutionizes security and traceability in healthcare by combining digital signatures, Merkle trees, and blockchain to ensure immutable, auditable, and publicly verifiable prescriptions. Doctors issue secure prescriptions, pharmacies validate them in seconds, and each anchoring on Polygon guarantees tamper-proof integrity. With a clean architecture, CQRS, DDD, and automated jobs, the solution is scalable, auditable, and ready to comply with international medical standards—an innovative technological solution applied to medicine.

MEDICORE PRO – GRUMEBA – 2023–2025
I led the development of an ERP system with Hospital Information System (HIS) functionalities for Grupo Médico Baní SRL, focused on driving the digital transformation of the private healthcare sector in the Dominican Republic. This system achieved a 78% improvement in operational efficiency through standardized processes that significantly reduce the risk of tax penalties by ensuring compliance with local regulations. It also features a fully integrated POS system for electronic billing.
The platform incorporates biometric identification technologies and computer vision models such as YOLO and EasyOCR, enabling fast and accurate patient registration and identification. Additionally, it provides a unified clinical history view for doctors, administrative staff, and specialists.
Currently, we are testing generative AI models—Gemini (Google DeepMind) and LLaMA 3 (Meta)—which have shown great potential in automated medical record analysis and generating contextual responses for healthcare professionals.
The medium-term vision is to evolve this solution into a comprehensive healthcare suite, where medical centers, patients, insurers, doctors, and public entities are interconnected. The goal is to build an ecosystem that provides real-time, unified insight into each citizen’s health status.

EDUATLAS – GOVERNMENT – 2021–2023
We led the development of EduAtlas, a web platform prototype designed to transform educational management in the Dominican Republic. This software aims to integrate all key actors in the educational system—parents, teachers, students, and public servants—into a unified digital ecosystem covering the entire academic journey, from enrollment to graduation.
EduAtlas allows the creation and consultation of academic information management profiles, as well as the processing of essential requests throughout the student lifecycle. The tool seeks to optimize decision-making, improve administrative efficiency, and promote a more transparent, inclusive, and student-centered education.
This project reflects our commitment to technological innovation in service of social development and was recognized as an award-winning initiative across the Dominican Republic’s public administration, earning an honorary distinction.
