Summary

I worked at a Call Center for a little over 3 months as a Customer Service Representative for the home appliances department of Samsung. It was a good first experience. I’ve had built computer over the years totally from the ground up, be it for me or friends. I’ve also learned how to give the proper maintenance to them. Furthermore, I’ve always liked them and I know that if I’m going to pursue a career it has to be related to them. Currently, I’ve stater studying for my CCNA certification, and I’m looking to get a job in a data center as part of the IT staff in order to get experience.
