Deliver Excellent Customer Service:
- Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic service to personal and small-business banking clients.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs, and offer clear, helpful solutions.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently—either resolving them directly or escalating them when necessary.
Promote Digital Banking and Services.
- Assist clients with everyday banking transactions: deposits, withdrawals, account updates, bill payments, etc.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and client information within internal systems (CRM or banking software).
Process transactions and account services.
- Educate customers on self-service tools, such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs.
- Identify sales or referral opportunities, and direct clients to appropriate banking products or teams.
For Samsung Home Appliances, my job was helping customers troubleshoot and resolve issues with their Samsung devices, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, or microwaves, via phone call.
- Guide customers, step by step, to diagnose problems.
- Provide clear, accurate instructions over the phone.
- Use remote diagnostic tools, or request videos/photos from customers.
- Stay up to date on the features and functions of Samsung’s home appliances.
- Advise customers on how to use their products correctly, to avoid future issues.
- Help them register their warranty, understand what’s covered, and guide them through the service processes.
