Collaboration ended in this property because of COVID-19 Pandemic all departments were reduced.

• Groups sales, working side-by-side with our local market. Creating promotions, strategic sales plan, site inspections, FamTrips, attending local and international tradeshows and overseeing operations on site.
  
  Working with local and international TTOO & TA, promotions - presentations - trainings - marketing. Managed to increase the MICE segment on a full renovated property.

• Secrets Cap Cana: Full new property opening, conducting 60 plus hard hat site inspections and created the department from scratch. Generating US$ 12,000,000.00 (19,000 room nights) in sales in opening year
