As a Software Analyst at Banco Popular Dominicano, I lead and manage technology initiatives that connect business processes with functional and sustainable solutions. My role spans from requirements gathering to coordinating development and quality teams, ensuring deliveries aligned with the bank's strategic objectives.

During my internship in the QA project management area, I worked on creating and managing test cases and test plans using Jira, while also collaborating in executing test cycles. I participated in multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve quality issues, contributing to process optimization and quality assurance.

Participated in a Hackathon organized by Santo Domingo Motors as part of a five-developer team tasked with automating the car purchasing process. We built a system featuring a customer-facing form and an admin panel, applying our technical and teamwork skills under time constraints.

• Developed core modules using C# and ASP.NET Web API.
• Implemented responsive front-end components with HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Improved team collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
