A strong career and training base in ABA ( Applied Behavior Analysis) with ongoing observation and documentation of behaviors as well as skilled in providing measured responses to developing situations and strategies to intervene and create modification of behaviors as a scientific approach. Training and ongoing work experience in assessment and data collection as well as experience in the field in both medical and intervention settings that utilize evidence-based practices and applications revolving around human behaviors and intervening or keeping documentation and track of behaviors and facts needed to access situations of progress or prevention depending on the intervention or medical goals at hand. These two focus settings as a background would enable the ability to be highly trainable across the behavioral fields. These qualities would cross over to both sides of the behavior-based job fields; Being highly familiar with human behavior norms and of the role of environment in context to behavior as an antecedent, being aware of surroundings and paying attention to documenting these details of human conduct, the ability to be observant and detail oriented about visual changes in behaviors that may seem vague or completely missed in everyday settings to most perspectives except that of a trained behavioral professional.
